PA6 reinforcement modification

Reinforced‑Modified PA6

Reinforced modification of PA6 is mainly achieved by adding glass fibers or carbon fibers. By uniformly incorporating 15%‑50% glass fibers into PA6 matrix, the original soft‑grade plastic is upgraded to high‑performance composite comparable to reinforced concrete. Mechanical strength is greatly increased and dimensional stability is remarkably improved to prevent deformation during service. Carbon‑fiber‑reinforced PA6 combines lightweight and high‑strength advantages. It is lighter than glass‑fiber‑reinforced grades with higher strength and modulus. Sized carbon‑fibers exhibit better compatibility with PA6 matrix, bringing substantial improvement in modulus and strength of composites.

Main Applications

Widely applied in scenarios with strict requirements for strength and precision, including mechanical structural parts, electrical accessories, automotive components, bearing cages, gears and fan blades.

Participation & Procurement Process

‑ Modified plastic manufacturers intending to supply, please contact supplier‑support customer service. ‑ Buyers may click group‑buy procurement or submit procurement requirements to procurement‑support customer service. ‑ The platform aggregates similar procurement demands, screens qualified materials from its database or releases tenders for requirements. ‑ Premium modified raw materials are filtered against buyer specifications. After successful sample testing, the buyer selects preferred raw materials and suppliers, then executes a sales‑purchase contract.
