PA6 toughening modification

Toughened‑Modified PA6

Toughening modification is the primary approach to improve the impact resistance of PA6, among which polyolefins and rubber elastomers are the most widely‑used toughening agents. By incorporating polymeric tougheners such as elastomers and thermoplastic elastomers, the impact strength can be increased by more than 10 times compared with conventional nylon, and stable performance can be maintained across a broad temperature range from ‑30 °C to 150 °C.

Main Applications

Widely applied in scenarios requiring high‑impact resistance, including automotive bumpers, intake manifolds, rear‑view mirror bases, power‑tool housings and sports equipment.
