PA6 high-temperature modification

High‑Temperature‑Resistant Modified PA6

PA6 possesses inherent relatively high heat resistance with a melting point of approximately 220 °C. Its heat‑deflection temperature can be further elevated by glass‑fiber reinforcement. High‑temperature‑resistant modified PA6 achieves a heat‑deflection temperature above 280 °C, capable of reliably serving high‑temperature working conditions such as new‑energy‑vehicle under‑hood parts and LED components.

Main Applications

Widely used for components enduring long‑term high‑temperature service, including automotive under‑hood parts, intake manifolds, electronic connectors, relays and energy‑saving lamp bases.
