High‑Temperature‑Resistant Modified PA66
PA66 has a melting point of 263 °C, and its heat‑deflection temperature reaches 210 °C under 0.45 MPa. With glass‑fiber reinforcement, the heat‑deflection temperature can be further raised above 220 °C. Its long‑term service temperature ranges from 120 °C to 150 °C, while short‑term operating temperature can hit 200 °C.
Main Applications
Widely used for components working under high‑temperature conditions such as automotive under‑hood parts, connectors and fasteners. It is also adopted for load‑bearing structural parts enduring prolonged high heat, including cylinder head covers, engine mounts, throttle valve bodies, radiator housings and fan blade guards.
