PPS REINFORCEMENT MODIFICATION

PPS reinforcement modification is mainly achieved by adding glass fiber, carbon fiber or mineral fillers, which greatly improves mechanical properties and heat resistance of the material. Glass‑fiber‑reinforced PPS represents the most effective and cost‑efficient solution, delivering remarkable enhancement in tensile strength, heat‑deflection temperature, flexural strength and impact strength. Carbon‑fiber‑reinforced PPS composites feature higher strength and modulus, suitable for applications demanding high strength, high modulus and lightweight performance.
