TPE flame‑retardant modification adopts halogen‑free flame‑retardant systems. New halogen‑free flame‑retardant composites are developed by taking advantage of favorable flame‑retardant performance and good matrix compatibility of organic hypophosphites, combined with carbon‑forming compounds and layered nano‑montmorillonite. The halogen‑free formula reduces smoke toxicity under fire conditions, while maintaining favorable tear strength and resilience.

 

Main Uses

Widely applied in key components such as smartphones, smart home appliances, new‑energy‑vehicle parts, cable management systems, cable connectors and sealing parts for high‑speed trains.
