It features soft touch, high elasticity and mild texture. Stable material performance can be maintained after sterilization via ethylene oxide, gamma‑ray and other approaches.

Main Uses

Transparent medical‑grade TPE facilitates liquid‑flow observation. It is widely used in medical consumables such as infusion sets, blood transfusion bags, medical catheters and breathing masks, as well as handles for surgical instruments. Medical‑grade TPE can also be overmolded onto hard‑plastic medical‑device substrates such as ABS and PC through secondary injection molding to deliver soft tactile feeling and anti‑slip performance.
