TPE CONDUCTIVE / ANTISTATIC MODIFICATION

Conductive / antistatic TPE reduces the volume resistivity to antistatic or conductive grades by incorporating conductive fillers or permanent antistatic agents into the base matrix. Such modified materials effectively prevent static‑electric accumulation, avoiding electric shock, spark discharge and dust adsorption.

 

Main Uses

Widely used for electronic‑component packaging, sealing parts for explosion‑proof environments, antistatic pipes for coal‑mine applications, operating‑room flooring for medical scenarios, and data‑cable sheaths. In wire‑and‑cable industry, conductive TPE can serve as shielding‑layer material to guarantee signal‑transmission quality and operational safety. Combined modification of flame retardancy and electrical conductivity can satisfy composite performance requirements for special‑purpose cables.
