TPU REINFORCEMENT MODIFICATION

TPU reinforcement modification mainly introduces reinforcing fillers such as glass fiber and carbon fiber into the TPU matrix to substantially improve its mechanical strength and rigidity. Its core advantage is that the added reinforcing materials greatly boost tensile strength, flexural modulus and heat‑distortion temperature, while reducing the linear expansion coefficient. This allows finished products to maintain excellent dimensional stability under high‑temperature or long‑term load conditions.

 

Main Uses

It is primarily adopted for manufacturing structural components subjected to relatively high stress, including automotive interior parts, rigid industrial components, and lightweight, high‑performance sneaker soles.
