TPEE flame retardant modification

TPEE FLAME‑RETARDANT MODIFICATION

The key to TPEE modification lies in adopting an efficient and eco‑friendly flame‑retardant system. One approach is to use bio‑based macromolecular flame retardants. Its flame‑retardant mechanism mainly promotes the formation of dense and continuous intumescent char layers in the condensed phase, which effectively insulate heat and oxygen and significantly suppress molten dripping during combustion. Another high‑efficiency solution is the compounding of aluminum diethylphosphinate and melamine polyphosphate, which raises the limiting oxygen index (LOI) and reduces the total heat release rate.

Main Uses

Widely applied in electronic and electrical fields with strict fire‑safety requirements, such as charging piles, wire and cable sheaths, connectors, switches, as well as automotive interior parts that need to meet flame‑retardant standards.

Features: Flame retardancy

Physical Properties: Customized per user requirements (partial properties can match imported brands) Minimum order quantity: 1 ton upon successful sample testing

Participation Process

For modification factories wishing to join the supply, please contact supply‑side customer service.

Users may click group‑order procurement or contact procurement customer service to submit procurement requirements. The platform aggregates similar demands, then screens from its platform database or releases a tender. High‑quality modified raw materials are selected according to users’ procurement requirements. After successful sample testing, users confirm the advantageous modified raw materials and suppliers, and sign purchase‑sales contracts.
