TPV conductive / antistatic modification

CONDUCTIVE / ANTISTATIC MODIFICATION

Conductive / antistatic modification is realized by adding conductive fillers into the TPV matrix. It features adjustable surface resistivity of the material, which can be tuned from insulator level to antistatic and even conductive range, endowing the material with permanent static‑dissipative or conductive functions.

 

Main Applications

Antistatic grade is used for packaging trays of precision electronic components, anti‑static conveyor belts and underground coal‑mine pipelines. Conductive grade can be applied to flexible sensors, wearable electronic devices, electromagnetic shielding materials, and automotive components requiring electrostatic spraying.
