PC CONDUCTIVE / ANTISTATIC MODIFIED

PC conductive / antistatic modification is achieved by adding conductive fillers into the PC matrix. The surface resistivity of the material can be adjusted from insulating level to antistatic and conductive range, granting the material permanent static dissipation or conductive performance.

 

MAIN APPLICATIONS

Antistatic grade is used to produce trays and IC packaging tubes for precision electronic components to prevent component damage caused by static accumulation. Conductive grade applies to parts for electrostatic spraying, where material conductivity is required to attract coating materials, as well as electronic equipment housings requiring EMI shielding.
