ABS low-temperature modification

Low‑Temperature‑Resistant Modified ABS Plastic

Special formula design greatly improves low‑temperature notched‑impact performance of ABS. High‑grade low‑temperature‑resistant ABS can withstand extreme temperature down to ‑40 ℃, maintaining stable impact strength under conventional freezer operating conditions. Its Charpy notched‑impact strength at low temperature is distinctly higher than ordinary ABS whose low‑temperature impact value is around 15 kJ/m².

Main Applications

Mainly for articles operating long‑term under cold conditions, including freezer grilles, refrigerated‑display‑cabinet components, cold‑storage fittings, outdoor instrument housings, automotive exterior trims (especially for cold‑climate regions), and outer shells for winter outdoor equipment.

Properties: low‑temperature‑resistant Physical properties: customizable per customer requirements (partial performances can match imported brands).

MOQ: 1 ton upon successful sample testing.
