Conductive / antistatic PET
Conductive / Antistatic Modified PET Plastic
PET is an excellent electrical insulator. Static charges tend to accumulate on its surface, resulting in dust adsorption and even electrostatic‑discharge damage. Conductive / antistatic modification aims to reduce its surface resistivity. Conductive carbon black, carbon nanotubes or permanent antistatic agents are compounded into PET resin to endow the bulk material or its surface with conductivity or static‑dissipation capability.
Main Applications
Conductive / antistatic modified PET serves fields handling static‑sensitive products. Within packaging industry, it is widely produced into bags, trays and carrier tapes for electronic components, precision instruments and sensitive chips, avoiding product damage caused by static‑charge accumulation. In industrial sectors, it applies to clean‑room equipment, components operating under explosion‑proof environments and work‑piece surfaces for electrostatic spraying processes.
Properties: antistatic Physical properties: customizable per customer requirements (partial performances can match imported brands).
MOQ: 1 ton upon successful sample testing.
