Black reinforced recycled PP pellets

PP (Polypropylene)

Polypropylene has an ultra‑low density of 0.89‑0.91 g/cm³ and excellent heat‑resistance performance. Its melting point exceeds 160 °C. Products can be long‑term used above 100 °C and withstand steam sterilization. It features superior chemical stability and resists corrosion from acids, alkalis, salt solutions and various organic solvents below 80 °C. It possesses good mechanical properties and outstanding flex‑fatigue resistance, as well as excellent electrical‑insulation and non‑toxic, odour‑free characteristics. However, it exhibits poor low‑temperature impact resistance and tends to become brittle at low temperatures. It is susceptible to ageing when exposed to sunlight or in contact with copper.

Applications of different PP grades

Homopolymer Polypropylene (PP‑H) Polymerized from pure propylene monomer. It has high crystallinity, good rigidity and high strength. Mainly used for strapping bands, woven sacks, ropes, file folders, household utensils, microwave‑safe food containers and BOPP (Biaxially‑Oriented Polypropylene) films, which are widely adopted as base materials for food composite packaging films.

Random‑Copolymer Polypropylene (PP‑R) Random copolymer of propylene with 1‑7% ethylene. It delivers high transparency, good flexibility and favourable low‑temperature toughness. Main applications cover high‑clarity films, hot‑water supply pipes, heating pipelines, disposable syringes, transparent household articles and food containers.

Block‑Impact‑Copolymer Polypropylene (PP‑B) Block copolymer of propylene and 5‑20% ethylene with well‑balanced rigidity and impact performance. It is widely manufactured into automotive components such as bumpers, large‑size containers, battery housings, luggage, sports equipment and home‑appliance casings.

Please specify your additional requirements: impact performance, melt‑flow index, ash content, environmental compliance, gloss level, surface pitting and other physical‑property parameters.

MOQ: 1 ton upon successful sample testing. After‑sales: return and replacement for quality‑related defects.
