Grade‑1 natural recycled HDPE pellets
HDPE (High‑Density Polyethylene)
HDPE possesses higher rigidity, tensile strength and hardness than general‑purpose polyethylene with favourable mechanical strength. It features balanced heat‑resistance and cold‑resistance, whose service temperature can reach approximately 100 °C. Chemically, it withstands corrosion from acids, alkalis and various salts, and is hardly dissolved by organic solvents at room temperature. It also exhibits excellent electrical insulation, zero water absorption and good water‑vapor barrier performance. Nevertheless, its anti‑ageing performance and environmental‑stress‑cracking resistance are relatively insufficient. It tends to degrade under sunlight or high‑temperature conditions, and its surface gloss is inferior to polypropylene (PP).
Main Applications
Blow molding: Mass‑produced hollow containers including shampoo bottles, pharmaceutical bottles, oil drums, cosmetic bottles, large‑scale automotive fuel tanks and chemical storage tanks.
Injection molding: Turnover boxes, waste bins, pallets, daily‑use plastic articles and thin‑wall packaging containers.
Extrusion molding: Water‑supply pipes, gas pipes, drainage pipes and insulating sheaths for wires and cables.
Film & blow‑film processing: Packaging films such as shopping bags, grocery bags and food‑packaging films. These films have low permeability to water vapor and air with good moisture‑proof property.
Please specify your additional requirements: gloss level, melt‑flow index, ash content, environmental compliance, surface pitting and other physical‑property parameters.
MOQ: 1 ton upon successful sample testing. After‑sales: return and replacement for quality‑related defects.
Participation Process
Recycled pelletizing manufacturers please contact supplier service for supply registration.
Buyers: Click group‑purchase or contact procurement service to submit your procurement requirements. The platform screens qualified recycled raw‑material suppliers from the database or launches bidding according to your specifications. After sample validation, buyers confirm the preferred recycled material and supplier and sign the sales‑purchase contract.
