Grade‑1 black recycled LDPE pellets
LDPE (Low‑Density Polyethylene)
LDPE is soft, highly‑transparent and ductile, with wax‑like texture and good elasticity. Its density ranges from 0.91‑0.925 g/cm³. It boasts outstanding low‑temperature flexibility, good chemical resistance against acid‑alkali corrosion and excellent electrical‑insulation performance. Nevertheless, it has relatively low mechanical strength and poor heat resistance, with continuous‑service temperature generally below 80 °C. Its oxygen‑barrier property is moderate, and it is susceptible to ageing triggered by ultraviolet radiation and heat.
Main Applications
Film & packaging: Mainly manufactured into various packaging films including food cling wraps, shopping bags and garment‑packaging bags. In agriculture, it is made into mulch films and vegetable greenhouse films. It also serves as base substrate for flexible composite packaging, acting as inner liners for milk and beverage packages.
Injection molding: Small daily‑use plastic articles such as bottle‑cap liners, toys, sealing containers and household plastic components.
Extrusion coating: Waterproof inner coating for paper cups and cartons (e.g. milk cartons, juice cartons), as well as heat‑seal coating for aluminium foil and paper to achieve moisture‑proof and heat‑sealable functions.
Cable & tubing: Insulating sheaths for wires and cables, and various flexible hoses including medical tubes, laboratory conduits and squeeze bottles.
Please specify your additional requirements: gloss level, melt‑flow index, ash content, environmental compliance, surface pitting and other physical‑property parameters.
MOQ: 1 ton upon successful sample testing. After‑sales: return and replacement for quality‑related defects.
