Recycled PA12 pellets

PA12 (Polyamide 12)

PA12 is distinguished by extremely low water absorption and density. Its water‑absorption rate stands at approximately 0.25 %, enabling excellent dimensional stability and mechanical‑property retention even under humid conditions. It delivers outstanding flexibility and low‑temperature performance, maintaining good impact strength down to −70 °C. It also features excellent wear resistance, self‑lubricity, as well as good oil‑resistance and chemical‑resistance. Besides, it has a relatively low melting point (around 170‑180 °C), high melt flow and favorable processability. Its main weakness is poor resistance to strong oxidizing acids.

Main Applications

Automotive industry: core applications cover various piping systems such as multi‑layer fuel hoses, vacuum‑brake‑booster tubes, hydraulic‑clutch lines and truck air‑brake pipelines. It is also widely used for automotive quick‑connect fittings, exhaust‑treatment‑system components and other injection‑molded parts exposed to automotive fluids.

Industrial & mechanical engineering: extensively processed into machine elements including bearings, gears, cams and sliding assemblies. It is adopted for high‑pressure hydraulic hoses, pneumatic hoses and medium‑pressure natural‑gas pipelines as a metal‑pipe replacement.

Cable & optical‑fiber sheaths: ideal material for cable and optical‑fiber jackets to provide reliable protection for inner conductors.

Consumer goods & sports equipment: sneaker soles leveraging high resilience, sports‑equipment housings, eyeglass frames, tennis‑racket fasteners, noise‑reducing gears and other precision articles.

Additive manufacturing (3D‑printing): sintered for functional prototypes, jigs & fixtures and end‑use parts. Its good flowability and molding accuracy satisfy customized complex‑component demands from aerospace, medical and other sectors.

Please specify your additional requirements: impact performance, melt flow index, ash content, environmental compliance, gloss level, surface pits and other physical‑property parameters.

MOQ: 1 ton upon successful sample testing. After‑sales: return and replacement for quality‑related defects.
