Flame‑retardant natural recycled PPA pellets

PPA (Polyphthalamide)

PPA is a high‑performance semi‑aromatic polyamide, commonly known as high‑temperature nylon. Core features: outstanding heat resistance with long‑term service temperature of 170‑200 °C; it can withstand lead‑free reflow soldering above 280 °C for short‑term exposure. It has much lower water absorption than conventional polyamides such as PA6 and PA66, retaining excellent dimensional stability and mechanical strength under high‑temperature and high‑humidity conditions. It delivers high strength and rigidity; glass‑fiber‑reinforced grades can achieve tensile strength above 270 MPa with prominent creep resistance and fatigue resistance. It also features superior chemical resistance (oil‑resistance and solvent‑resistance) and good electrical properties. Its main drawbacks are lower ductility compared with ordinary nylons and sensitivity to strong acids.

Main Applications

Electrical & electronics (core application): SMT connectors, circuit‑board assemblies, mobile‑phone antennas, USB‑C ports, memory slots and other components that meet thermal requirements for lead‑free soldering.

Automotive industry: high‑temperature parts including engine covers, sensor housings, fuel pipelines, throttle valves, water‑pump impellers and lamp reflectors.

Aerospace & industrial fields: aircraft interior parts, high‑temperature bearings, sealing elements, oil‑field components and hot‑water‑system articles such as pump housings and valves.

Please specify your additional requirements: impact performance, melt flow index, ash content, environmental compliance, gloss level, surface pits and other physical‑property parameters.

MOQ: 1 ton upon successful sample testing. After‑sales: return and replacement for quality‑related defects.

Participation Process

Recycled pelletizing manufacturers please contact supplier service for supply registration.

Buyers: Click group‑purchase or contact procurement service to submit your procurement requirements. The platform screens qualified recycled raw‑material suppliers from the database or launches bidding according to your specifications. After sample validation, buyers confirm the preferred recycled material and supplier and sign the sales‑purchase contract.
