Other recycled POM pellets
POM (Polyoxymethylene)
POM is a highly‑crystalline engineering plastic, commonly known as “steel‑like plastic”. Core features: outstanding mechanical performance with high rigidity and high strength. It ranks top among engineering plastics in wear resistance and fatigue resistance. It features excellent self‑lubricity and low friction coefficient (dry friction against steel <0.2), enabling long‑term operation under oil‑free conditions. It maintains high dimensional stability with extremely low water absorption (<0.25%), and hardly deforms in humid environments. It also delivers strong resilience with metal‑like spring properties. Its main disadvantages include poor thermal stability prone to decomposition at high temperature, difficulty in bonding and printing, and average weather resistance.
Main Applications
Automotive industry (largest application field): fuel pumps, door‑lock systems, window lifters, wiper components, safety‑belt parts and other articles.
Electrical & electronics: gears, bearings, switches, mobile‑phone keys, precision internal structural parts for VCR/DVD devices.
Industrial machinery: cams, sliders, guide rails, pump bodies, valves, water‑pipe joints and various wear‑resistant components.
Daily‑use consumer goods: zippers, toy clockwork springs, lighters, toothbrush handles, cosmetic pens, skate wheel cores and other products.
Please specify your additional requirements for recycled POM pellets: color, wear resistance, toughening grade, environmental compliance, impact performance, tensile properties and other physical‑property parameters.
MOQ: 1 ton upon successful sample testing. After‑sales: return and replacement for quality‑related defects.
Participation Process
Recycled pelletizing manufacturers please contact supplier service for supply registration.
Buyers: Click group‑purchase or contact procurement service to submit your procurement requirements. The platform screens qualified recycled raw‑material suppliers from the database or launches bidding according to your specifications. After sample validation, buyers confirm the preferred recycled material and supplier and sign the sales‑purchase contract.
