Reinforced flame‑retardant recycled PBT pellets
PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate)
PBT is reputed as “industrial skeleton balancing rigidity and toughness”. Core features: excellent mechanical properties with high strength, high rigidity and remarkable fatigue resistance (tensile strength up to 170 MPa with glass‑fiber reinforcement). It provides outstanding electrical insulation that remains stable under high‑temperature and high‑humidity conditions. It boasts good heat resistance with long‑term service temperature of 120‑140 °C; its heat‑distortion temperature increases greatly after glass‑fiber filling. It also shows favorable processability featured by fast crystallization, good fluidity and short molding cycle. Its main disadvantages include high tendency to warpage (especially neat resin), notch‑sensitive impact performance and poor resistance to strong acids and strong alkalis.
Main Applications
Electrical & electronics (accounting for over 50%): widely applied in connectors, relays, switches, cooling fans, transformer bobbins, energy‑saving lamp bases and various insulating parts.
Automotive industry (around 24%): window motor housings, lamp reflectors, gearbox components, junction boxes, sensors and diverse heat‑resistant & oil‑resistant parts.
Industrial & consumer products: optical‑fiber sleeves, pump assemblies, medical‑device housings, power‑tool housings, ice‑skate soles and other articles.
Please specify your additional requirements for color, environmental compliance, impact performance, tensile properties, gloss level, melt flow index, elongation at break and other physical‑property parameters.
MOQ: 1 ton upon successful sample testing. After‑sales: return and replacement for quality‑related defects.
Participation Process
Recycled pelletizing manufacturers please contact supplier service for supply registration.
Buyers: Click group‑purchase or contact procurement service to submit your procurement requirements. The platform screens qualified recycled raw‑material suppliers from the database or launches bidding according to your specifications. After sample validation, buyers confirm the preferred recycled material and supplier and sign the sales‑purchase contract.
