Reinforced natural recycled PC pellets

PC (Polycarbonate)

PC is a high‑performance transparent engineering plastic. Core features: excellent optical performance with light transmittance reaching 88%‑90%. It delivers high mechanical strength, especially prominent impact resistance, and is nicknamed “unbreakable glass”. It has a wide operating‑temperature range from ‑60 °C to 120 °C and good dimensional stability. It also provides favorable electrical insulation and self‑extinguishing properties. Its disadvantages are low fatigue strength and poor wear resistance, high susceptibility to stress cracking, and incompatibility with strong alkalis, ketones and some other solvents.

Main Applications

Electrical & electronics: mobile‑phone housings, computer components, coil bobbins, CD/DVD optical‑disc substrates and various insulating connectors.

Automotive industry: headlamp lenses, instrument panels, window panels and various interior‑exterior trim parts.

Building materials: daylighting skylights, sound‑insulation barriers, polycarbonate hollow sheets and highway noise barriers.

Medical & daily‑use supplies: baby bottles, water storage buckets, spectacle lenses, medical devices including goggles and high‑pressure syringes, and multiple durable tableware items.

Please specify your additional requirements for environmental compliance, impact performance, tensile properties, gloss level, melt flow index, elongation at break and other physical‑property parameters.

MOQ: 1 ton upon successful sample testing. After‑sales: return and replacement for quality‑related defects.

Participation Process

Recycled pelletizing manufacturers please contact supplier service for supply registration.

Buyers: Click group‑purchase or contact procurement service to submit your procurement requirements.
