Grade‑1 white recycled PS pellets
PS (Polystyrene)
PS is a colorless‑transparent thermoplastic and ranks among general‑purpose plastics with relatively high transparency. Core features: good optical performance with light transmittance above 90%. Rigid and brittle, it is glass‑hard yet has low impact strength and is prone to cracking. It possesses excellent processability and electrical insulation with low molding shrinkage and stable dimensional performance. Its disadvantages include poor heat resistance (long‑term service temperature generally ≤ 80 °C) and poor weather resistance, making it susceptible to aging‑induced yellowing.
Main Applications
Daily‑use goods & packaging: disposable tableware including plastic cups and lunch boxes, transparent CD/DVD cases, stationery (rulers, pen holders), toys and food‑packaging containers.
Electrical & electronic products: instrument housings, lamp shades, insulating films and high‑frequency capacitor components.
Construction & thermal insulation: Expanded Polystyrene (EPS, commonly known as styrofoam) is an important lightweight building material for wall thermal insulation, sound insulation and cushioning packaging materials.
Please specify your additional requirements for impact resistance, gloss level, flame retardancy, heat resistance, environmental compliance, surface pits and other physical‑property parameters.
MOQ: 1 ton upon successful sample testing. After‑sales: return and replacement for quality‑related defects.
