Grade‑2 black recycled PMMA pellets
PMMA (Polymethyl Methacrylate)
Commonly known as acrylic or plexiglass. Core features: outstanding optical performance with light transmittance up to 92%, clearer than ordinary glass. Light‑weight and tough, its impact strength is 7‑18 times that of glass. It delivers good weather resistance and is resistant to yellowing and aging under prolonged outdoor exposure. It is easy to process by injection molding and thermoforming. Its main disadvantages are low surface hardness susceptible to scratching and moderate heat resistance (typical service temperature: 80‑95 °C).
