Other recycled PMMA pellets
PMMA (Polymethyl Methacrylate)
Commonly known as acrylic or plexiglass. Core features: excellent optical performance with light transmittance up to 92 %, clearer than ordinary glass. Light‑weight and tough, its impact strength is 7‑18 times that of glass. It features good weather resistance and resists yellowing and aging under long‑term outdoor exposure. It is easy to process via injection molding and thermoforming. Its main drawbacks are low surface hardness prone to scratching, and moderate heat resistance (typical service temperature: 80‑95 °C).
Main Applications
Construction materials: sound‑insulated doors & windows, skylights, balcony railings, bathtubs and sanitary products.
Advertising & display: light boxes, signboards, display racks and merchandise showcases.
Transportation & aerospace: aircraft canopies, vehicle windows, ship portholes, motorcycle windshields and automotive taillight lenses.
Daily‑use & medical articles: aquariums, infant incubators, spectacle lenses, CD/DVD discs, cosmetic containers, stationery and handicrafts.
Please specify additional requirements for recycled PMMA pellets: color, gloss level, impact performance, tensile properties, environmental compliance, surface pits and other physical‑property parameters.
MOQ: 1 ton upon successful sample testing. After‑sales: return and replacement for quality‑related defects.
