Premium transparent recycled PVC pellets
PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)
PVC is a widely‑applied general‑purpose thermoplastic. Core features: tunable rigidity and flexibility. By adding different amounts of plasticizers, it can be processed into hard profiles or soft films. It has favorable properties of flame retardancy, chemical corrosion resistance, good electrical insulation and relatively high strength. It is low‑cost with outstanding cost‑performance. However, it has poor heat resistance (normal service temperature shall not exceed 60 °C) and unsatisfactory stability against light and heat, so stabilizers are required during processing.
Main Applications
Rigid products: extensively used in construction materials such as water supply and drainage pipes, door‑window profiles and wall panels; also for chemical storage tanks, electronic product housings and other parts.
Flexible products: widely used for wire and cable insulation layers, artificial leather, packaging films, raincoats, toys, sandals, vinyl flooring and wallpaper.
Please specify your additional requirements for hardness, impact performance, gloss level, specific gravity, environmental compliance, surface pits and other physical‑property parameters.
MOQ: 1 ton upon successful sample testing. After‑sales: return and replacement for quality‑related defects.
