Premium black recycled PVC pellets

PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)

PVC is a widely‑used general‑purpose thermoplastic. It features both rigidity and flexibility. By adding different amounts of plasticizers, it can be processed into rigid profiles or flexible films. It has excellent properties of flame retardancy, chemical corrosion resistance, favorable electrical insulation and relatively high strength. It is low‑cost and delivers remarkable cost‑performance. Nevertheless, it suffers from poor heat resistance (regular service temperature shall not exceed 60 °C) and inadequate stability against light and heat, so stabilizers are indispensable during processing.

Main Applications

Rigid products: largely used in construction materials including water‑supply and drainage pipes, door‑window profiles and wall panels; also adopted for chemical storage tanks, electronic product housings and other parts.

Flexible products: extensively applied in wire‑cable insulation layers, artificial leather, packaging films, raincoats, toys, sandals, vinyl flooring and wallpaper.

Please specify your additional requirements for hardness, impact performance, gloss level, specific gravity, environmental compliance, surface pits and other physical‑property parameters.

MOQ: 1 ton upon successful sample testing. After‑sales: return and replacement for quality‑related defects.
