Grade‑2 black recycled PVC pellets
PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)
PVC is a widely‑used general‑purpose thermoplastic. It features balanced rigidity and flexibility. With varying plasticizer loadings, it can be produced into rigid profiles or flexible films. It offers good flame‑retardant performance, chemical corrosion resistance, excellent electrical insulation and relatively high strength. It is low‑cost and delivers remarkable cost‑performance. However, it has poor heat resistance (normal service temperature ≤ 60 °C) and insufficient stability against heat and light, so stabilizers must be added during processing.
Main Applications
Rigid products: largely used in construction materials including water supply & drainage pipes, door‑window profiles and wall panels; also for chemical storage tanks, electronic device housings and more.
Flexible products: widely applied in wire‑cable insulation, artificial leather, packaging films, raincoats, toys, sandals, vinyl flooring and wallpaper.
Please specify additional requirements such as hardness, impact performance, gloss level, specific gravity, environmental compliance, surface pits and other physical‑property parameters.
MOQ: 1 ton upon successful sample testing. After‑sales: return and replacement for quality‑related defects.
