Other recycled PVC pellets
PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)
PVC is a versatile general‑purpose thermoplastic plastic. Its core features: balanced rigidity and flexibility. By adding different dosages of plasticizers, it can be formulated into rigid profiles or flexible films. It boasts favorable properties including flame retardancy, chemical corrosion resistance, good electrical insulation and relatively high mechanical strength. Meanwhile, it is cost‑effective with outstanding price‑performance ratio. Nevertheless, it has poor heat resistance (normal service temperature shall not exceed 60 °C), inferior thermal‑light stability, hence stabilizers are required during processing.
Main Applications
Rigid products: widely applied in construction materials such as water supply & drainage pipes, door‑window profiles and wall panels; also used for chemical storage tanks, electronic product housings, etc.
Flexible products: extensively used for wire‑cable insulation layers, artificial leather, packaging films, raincoats, toys, sandals, vinyl flooring and wallpaper.
Please advise other requirements for recycled PVC pellets: color, hardness, impact performance, gloss level, specific gravity, environmental compliance, surface pits and other physical‑property specifications.
MOQ: 1 ton upon successful sample testing. After‑sales: return and replacement for quality‑related defects.
