TPE is a family of eco‑friendly materials that combine high rubber‑like elasticity and favorable plastic processability. Core features: excellent processability without vulcanization, fast molding by standard plastic processing methods, and 100 % recyclable trimmings and scraps. It offers tunable hand‑feel and performance with a wide hardness range from Shore A 0 to Shore D 70. It possesses good flexibility and weather resistance and keeps elastic at ‑40 °C. It features great over‑molding performance for firm bonding with rigid plastics such as PP and ABS.

Main Applications

Automotive parts (sealing strips, steering wheels, fenders), consumer goods (soft grips, toothbrushes, toys, footwear), medical supplies (seals, pipe fittings, syringe pistons), electrical & electronic products (wires and cables, phone protective cases), construction engineering (waterproof membranes, sealing strips).
