TPE is a series of eco‑friendly materials combining high rubber‑like elasticity and favorable plastic processability. Core features: excellent processability without vulcanization; rapid molding via standard plastic technologies; 100 % recyclable sprues and off‑cuts. Tunable hand‑feel and performance with a broad hardness range from Shore A 0 to Shore D 70. It possesses good flexibility and weather resistance and retains elasticity at ‑40 °C. It achieves strong over‑molding adhesion to rigid plastics such as PP and ABS.

Main Applications

Automotive parts (sealing strips, steering wheels, fenders), consumer goods (soft grips, toothbrushes, toys, footwear), medical supplies (seals, pipe fittings, syringe pistons), electrical and electronic products (wires and cables, phone protective cases), construction engineering (waterproof membranes, sealing strips).
