Grade‑2 black recycled TPE pellets

TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer)

TPE refers to a family of eco‑friendly materials that combine high rubber‑like elasticity and easy‑processing properties of plastics. Core features: outstanding processability, no vulcanization required, rapid forming with standard plastic processing methods; 100 % recyclable runners and scraps. Tunable tactile feel and performance with a wide hardness range from Shore A 0 to Shore D 70. It delivers good flexibility and weather resistance, maintaining elasticity even at ‑40 °C. It offers excellent over‑molding bonding with rigid plastics such as PP and ABS.

Main Applications

Automotive parts (sealing strips, steering wheels, fenders), consumer goods (soft handles, toothbrushes, toys, footwear), medical supplies (seals, pipe fittings, syringe pistons), electrical and electronic products (wires & cables, phone protective cases), construction projects (waterproof membranes, sealing strips).

Please specify additional requirements including impact performance, melt flow index, ash content, environmental compliance, gloss level, surface pits and other physical‑property indicators.

MOQ: 1 ton upon successful sample testing. After‑sales: return and replacement for quality‑related defects.
