It features outstanding abrasion resistance (over five times that of natural rubber), high mechanical strength (tensile strength up to 70 MPa) and high elasticity (elongation at break up to 1000 %). It also delivers good environmental adaptability with oil resistance, mildew resistance and low‑temperature tolerance down to ‑50 °C, alongside a wide adjustable hardness range of Shore A 60 to Shore D 80.
