Grade‑1 black recycled TPU pellets
TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane Elastomer)
TPU is a high‑performance environmentally‑friendly material. It features outstanding abrasion resistance (over five times that of natural rubber), high mechanical strength (tensile strength up to 70 MPa) and high elasticity (elongation at break up to 1000 %). It also delivers good environmental adaptability with oil resistance, mildew resistance and low‑temperature tolerance down to ‑50 °C, alongside a wide adjustable hardness range of Shore A 60 to Shore D 80.
Main Applications
It is widely applied across industrial and consumer sectors: footwear (sports shoe air cushions, shoe soles), industrial components (cable sheaths, hydraulic hoses, sealing rings), consumer‑electronic accessories (phone protective cases, smart watch bands), automotive and medical supplies (auto parts, surgical gowns, medical catheters), films and textiles (waterproof moisture‑permeable fabrics, inflatable products).
Please state your further requirements for impact performance, melt flow index, ash content, environmental compliance, gloss level, surface pits and other physical‑property indicators.
