Premium black recycled TPR pellets
TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber)
TPR is an environmentally‑friendly material featuring both rubber‑like elasticity and plastic processability. Key features: no vulcanization required, suitable for direct high‑speed injection‑molding with short production cycles; sprues and trimmings are 100 % recyclable. It delivers soft hand‑feel with wide adjustable hardness ranging from Shore A 0‑100. It retains good flexibility at as low as ‑40 °C. It can achieve strong bonding with rigid plastics including PP and ABS via two‑shot injection‑molding, known as over‑molding performance.
Main Applications
Handles for daily‑use tools and kitchenware, consumer‑electronic accessories (phone cases, earphone cables), sports products (yoga mats, shoe soles), automotive parts (sealing strips, steering wheel skins), and medical supplies (syringe pistons, tourniquets).
