Grade‑2 white recycled TPR pellets

TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber)

TPR is an environmentally‑friendly material that combines rubber‑like elasticity and the easy‑processing properties of plastics. Key features: no vulcanization required; it can be directly injection‑molded for fast cycle times, with 100 % recyclable sprues and scraps. It delivers soft hand‑feel with a broad adjustable hardness range (Shore A 0‑100). It retains good flexibility at low temperatures down to ‑40 °C, and achieves strong over‑molding adhesion to rigid plastics such as PP and ABS in two‑shot injection‑molding processes.

Main Applications

Handles for hand tools and kitchenware, consumer‑electronic accessories (phone cases, earphone cables), sports goods (yoga mats, shoe soles), automotive parts (sealing strips, steering wheel skins), and medical supplies (syringe pistons, tourniquets).

Please specify your additional requirements: impact performance, melt flow index, ash content, environmental compliance, gloss grade, surface pits and other physical‑property indexes.

MOQ: 1 ton upon successful sample qualification. After‑sales: free return and replacement for quality‑related defects.
